What we can help with

  • Corrections. A specification that no longer matches the manufacturer’s own page, a product that has been discontinued, a broken link, a typo. Tell us which page and what is wrong and we will fix it.
  • Suggestions for products or categories we should cover.
  • Questions about how the site works, how we research a product, or how the affiliate relationship is funded.
  • Privacy and data requests, and copyright notices.
  • Manufacturers and brands who want a factual error about their product corrected.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer. We hold no stock, take no orders and take no payments. We cannot look up, change or cancel an order, process a return or a refund, track a delivery, or file a warranty or RMA claim for anything you bought on Amazon or from any other store. Only the seller and the manufacturer can do those things, and going to them directly will be faster than going through us.

We also cannot provide build advice, compatibility checks or technical support for your specific machine. That means we do not confirm whether a part will fit or work in your system, do not diagnose faults or boot problems, do not interpret error codes, and do not recommend BIOS, firmware or driver versions for your hardware. We publish manufacturer specifications and we do not own, test or benchmark the products we write about, so any answer we gave you about your own build would be a guess. For compatibility, use the manufacturer’s own support or compatibility list for the exact model and revision you are looking at. For faults, contact the manufacturer’s support channel or the retailer that sold you the item.

We do not accept sponsored posts, paid placements or paid guest articles, and we do not publish link exchange requests. Messages offering them will not get a reply.

How long a reply takes

This is a small site, so there is no support desk and no ticket queue. Messages are read by a person, usually within a few business days, and corrections tend to get handled fastest because they are the easiest to act on. Longer questions can take a week or more, and sometimes a message gets missed. If you have not heard anything after a week, send it again rather than assuming you were ignored. Privacy and copyright requests are prioritized and we aim to respond to those within the timeframes set out in our privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential information, account credentials or payment details. A website contact form is not a secure channel.

Include the URL of the page you are writing about if your message is about a specific product. It saves a round trip.
